Manufacturing Trainer responsible for training employees in welding and fabrication in a live manufacturing environment.
Must Have:
- 5+ years welding experience with aluminum & steel
- Current CWI certification
- Ability to pass a weld test
- Strong training/coaching and safety skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Flexible to work different shifts
- Experience developing hands-on and classroom training materials
