Door-to-Door Sales Representative — Window & Door Replacement
Contract (1099 Independent Contractor) Commission-Only

About the Role

Salazar & Sons Window Co. is a growing window and door replacement business looking for a motivated, self-directed sales representative to generate leads and close deals through door-to-door canvassing. This is a commission-only, 1099 contractor position with uncapped earning potential — the more you sell, the higher your commission rate climbs.

Compensation — Tiered Commission

Monthly Sales Volume Commission Rate

$0 – $14,999 12%

$15,000 – $24,999 15%

$25,000 – $34,999 18%

$35,000+ 20%

Commission rates apply retroactively to your entire month's sales once you hit a new tier. No cap on earnings.

What You'll Do

• Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door to generate interest in window and door replacement services
• Educate homeowners on products, pricing, and financing options
• Set and/or run in-home appointments and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and closed deals
• Represent the company professionally in the field

What We're Looking For

• Prior door-to-door, direct sales, or home improvement sales experience preferred (not required if you're a fast learner with strong people skills)
• Self-motivated — this is a 1099 role, so you control your schedule and territory approach
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable with a fully commission-based pay structure
• 18+ years old
• Must pass a background check

Details

• Independent contractor (1099) — you set your own hours and work independently
• Commission paid monthly, after standard cancellation/rescission periods and deposit collection
• Flexible schedule; most reps work evenings and weekends when homeowners are available
• Territory: [DFW, TX]
