Location: Bend, OR 97702 (In-Person)
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Position Summary

The Agent Services Coordinator plays a key role on the Team by providing outstanding customer service, technology support, and training to broker-customers. This position combines front office reception responsibilities with hands-on technology support, onboarding, and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with broker-customers.
• Train broker-customers on Company technology platforms and systems.
• Provide timely in-person and remote technical support.
• Onboard new broker-customers into Company technology systems.
• Conduct group training sessions and technology workshops.
• Perform reception duties and maintain a welcoming, professional office environment.
• Communicate with the Leadership Team regarding agent needs and opportunities.
• Support future Transaction Coordinator responsibilities as assigned.
