We're searching for an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Sales Representative to help fuel our next phase of growth. In this role, you'll leverage our proven sales process to connect with prospective clients, uncover their unique insurance needs, and provide customized solutions that protect what matters most.

What You'll Do:

• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
• Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
• Guide prospects through a consultative sales process
• Deliver an exceptional new-client experience from first contact to policy issuance
• Contribute to a collaborative, goal-oriented team culture
• Help grow one of the most successful Farmers agencies in the nation

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales activity metrics through a variety of methods including cold calling, cross selling, and generating referrals.
• Meet monthly sales targets using our proven service and sales system.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and prospecting records.
• Accurately prepare proposals and guide prospects and clients through their insurance choices.
• Adhere to carrier underwriting guidelines
• Effectively onboard new client households..
• Consistently service clients with our proven service system and accurately document service interactions.
• Recognize client shopping behaviors and implement retention systems.
• Professionally represent agency to prospects and our community.

Requirements

• A Property Casualty license is preferred but will train a motivated individual.
• Sales experience preferred.
