Experience must include four (4) years of management level experience and at least one (1) year of supervision.

Please describe your experience managing litigation portfolios, including case volume and risk exposure.

Please describe your approach to engaging community stakeholders, advocacy organizations, and impacted populations when identifying and evaluating potential consumer protection enforcement actions.

We anticipate the County's consumer fraud litigation unit tackling large, complex and national matters, involving multinational corporations and possibly even foreign governments. Please describe your experience developing and leading large-scale and complex affirmative litigation, including any experience enforcing consumer protection statutes.

Please describe your experience supervising attorneys and professional staff. Include examples of systems or tools you've implemented or improved to enhance efficiency and ensure accountability and performance.
