Job Overview Dentons US LLP is seeking an entry‑level associate to join our sophisticated, Chambers‑rated Capital Markets practice. Candidates should have 1–3 years of legal experience in structured finance, including experience with various aspects of residential mortgage‑backed securities (RMBS), such as securitizations, financings, repurchase agreements, opinion drafting, and drafting and negotiating related agreements and transaction documents. The attorney hired for this position will join a dedicated, collaborative team and will have substantial client exposure and responsibility. Dentons’ US Capital Markets practice has been at the forefront of securitization and structured finance for more than three decades, representing virtually every major banking and financial institution involved in the agency and trust aspects of securitization/structured finance.
