As a Clinical Manager you will l ead care delivery and clinical operations transformations that improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers. Here's what you need: Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients Minimum of 2 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications: Clinical background (RN, MD, PA) or significant experience working with clinical leaders Experience with prior authorization, or throughput optimization Exposure to EHR-enabled workflow redesign (e.g., Epic, Cerner) Ability to translate clinical strategy into operational execution Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
