Senior IT Business Analyst

Role Description

The project is planned for 3 months with a planned start date of asap. Salary ranges up to 180 PLN/h on a B2B contract.

• Transform our client's business processes by identifying and implementing innovative AI-based solutions to continuously improve their efficiency, quality, and adaptability.
• Analyze and map existing technology-driven business processes, and design optimized ones using AI.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations.
• Collaborate with the development team, process owners, and mentor on creating and testing AI solutions.
• Create and maintain project and process documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production (not just PoC/demo).
• Agentic automation feasibility assessment.
• Agent workflow design (human-in-the-loop, escalation conditions), building metrics and evaluations.
• Cost/TCO analysis.
• Agents monitoring.
• Excellent English and Polish skills.
