We are looking for qualified candidates to join our Back of House team! The Quality Team is responsible for helping create the food Chick-fil-A is famous for. Below are the qualifications to apply:

• Over 18 years old
• Motivated by serving
• Approachable, confident, trustworthy, and positive
• Ability to balance a busy schedule
• Experience in food service
• Extreme level of organization, both professionally and personally
• Possess a high degree of initiative to take action and is self-motivated
• Strong communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills

Work Directly with a Chick-fil-A Operator The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the Restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Developmental Training Employees interested in becoming a Chick-fil-A Operator can gain valuable hands‑on experience through the Leadership Development program. This extensive training program is offered at Intermediate and Advanced levels at the Chick-fil-A corporate office in Atlanta, GA.
