Foreclosure Specialist

Providing essential administrative support to the Default Department, the full-time remote Foreclosure Assistant II will manage accounts payable duties, including processing invoices, fees, and payoff requests. Key responsibilities Prepare audit folders and assemble required documents at the conclusion of the foreclosure process Review and process daily approved invoices and dispute any payments exceeding guidelines Perform internet research to identify utilities and HOAs, making corresponding payments as necessary Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of experience in an administrative role within the consumer mortgage industry Prior experience preparing certified mail preferred Basic proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience using document retention software, preferably Blitzdoc Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
