Hospital Switchboard & Call Center Specialist

The University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City, located on our main campus, is seeking a Call Center Representative (Switchboard) to provide professional 24/7/365 customer service to patients, staff and physicians from the Switchboard. You will use Genesis, Communicator, OnCall and Epic to route calls, paging and emails, manage on‑call schedules, activate codes, and support clinical and administrative departments with kindness and efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr The University of Kansas Health System
