Warehouse Manager

Location SPP Tucson, AZ – 511A: 4055 N. Runway Drive, Tucson, Arizona – 85705 Pay & Hours Competitive hourly pay with performance bonuses up to $2,500. Assist in pulling, filling, packing, and setting up orders for delivery or pickup. Organize shipment priorities (UPS, commercial carrier, daily, job site) and stage orders for easy loading and verification. Manage Safety and HAZMAT compliance for the facility. Establish operational procedures for verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and inventory management. Assist in loading the delivery truck and receiving shipments, logging into inventory, and maintaining inventory through audits. Maintain effective security and inventory control procedures. Manage driver‑related issues including drug screens & licensing and handle fleet issues including DOT compliance. Assist in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently. Process returns accurately. Ensure all equipment is stored at end of day and all doors and gates are secured. Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required. Perform other job duties as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years of supervisory and warehouse management experience. Delivery operations experience and knowledge of full warehousing systems. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and management. Prior forklift experience. Strong MS Office skills. Experience in PRELUDE or other warehouse inventory software. Ability to work at heights and regularly move and lift up to 100 pounds. Good written and verbal communication skills. Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
