This full-time role spans from August 12, 2026, through November 4, 2026, with the potential for extension based on the needs of the program. Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Valid School Social Work license in Illinois (IL SSW)
• Professional Educator License (PEL) required
• Previous experience working in a school setting
• Strong assessment and counseling skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing direct social-emotional support and crisis intervention to K-5 students
• Developing and implementing behavioral plans and support strategies
• Conducting student assessments and maintaining thorough records
• Consulting with teachers, administrators, and parents to craft individualized care plans
• Leading and facilitating small groups or classroom lessons addressing skills such as conflict resolution, coping, and self-regulation
• Supporting school-wide initiatives focused on student well-being
