Build your PM&R practice with the autonomy to set your own schedule and a clear path toward rehabilitation leadership. This employed role in Texarkana, Texas is based in an established inpatient setting with experienced interdisciplinary support and room to grow. You can divide your time across clinic, hospital rounds, and call, with mentorship toward a potential Associate Medical Director role.

• Established Inpatient Practice: Work in a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital with a census of approximately 15 to 20 patients per physician and a clinical focus led by stroke rehabilitation.
• Strong Clinical Support: Work alongside physical, occupational, and speech therapists, rehab nurses, case managers, and an in-house PA-C, with hospitalist coverage on nights and weekends.
• Compensation and Benefits: Receive a first-year income guarantee followed by wRVU-based productivity compensation, plus a sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, malpractice coverage, health and dental insurance, and a 403(b) with employer match.

Candidate Requirements

• Board certification or board eligibility in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation is required.
• An unrestricted Texas medical license and Texas DEA are required at the time of start.
• Current residents are encouraged to apply for a 2027 start.
• J-1 visa sponsorship is not available. H-1B sponsorship is negotiable.
