•Offer a range of outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures \n
\n•Current ENT works with a PA and an audiologist \n
\n•Typical schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office and surgeries Wednesday and Friday\n
\n•10 days of call/month\n
\n•Competitive base salary + RVU bonus structure \n
