Job Title: Senior Python Engineer
Location: Plano, TX (100% onsite)
USC/GC/GC EAD Only- W2 Requirement
Note: No third party/C2C or 1099
- 6+ years of professional software/backend engineering experience or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python backend development .
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices .
- Strong AWS experience with several of the following:
- AWS Lambda
- API Gateway
- ECS/Fargate
- EKS/Kubernetes
- S3
- EventBridge
- SQS/SNS
- RDS/Aurora
- DynamoDB
- ElastiCache/Redis
- Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment .
- Experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation .
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines .
- Strong understanding of AWS IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, VPC, and cloud security .
- Experience with application monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability .
- Experience with automated testing and software quality practices.
- Strong understanding of Git, code reviews, Agile development, and production support .
- Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills.
