Our client in Willimantic, Connecticut is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support their team with accurate and timely entry of important business information. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems with a high level of accuracy
• Review source documents for completeness and identify discrepancies
• Verify and correct data as needed
• Maintain organized electronic and paper records
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity
• Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative support tasks
• Communicate with internal team members to resolve missing or unclear information
• Meet daily and weekly productivity goals

• 1+ years of data entry, administrative, or office support experience
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication and time management skills
