Nutrition Staff

Summary

Eastern Pulaski is looking for a part-time Nutrition Staff team member to join our team. The position will work Monday through Friday, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• - Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and portion sizes
• - Ensure all food is presented in an appealing manner and is served at the appropriate temperature
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafeteria, including dining areas, food preparation stations, and dishwashing areas
• - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies
• - Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cafeteria operations
• - Perform additional tasks as assigned by the cafeteria supervisor

Requirements

• - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• - Previous experience in food service or cafeteria settings is a plus
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• - Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• - Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• - A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
