Busy independent-owned shop seeks awesome people! We know that most of the best mechanics are already employed; we understand you may not necessarily be looking for a new job. But you may be curious what’s available to you out there. The last time you needed a day off, how did that go? When was the last time your boss truly thanked you? Have you been asked for your input on how to improve in the operations of the company? How about your coworkers? Are you in a fun, supportive environment? Do you like the culture, mission, and values of your company? Is your paycheck up to you?
