Mechanical AssemblerLocation: McKinney, TX 75071 Duration: 12 Months ContractShift: 2nd Shift, Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PMJob OverviewThis position is part of the Thick Films/Lids Group involved in wafer fabrication and related processing activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for manual tasks, operating semi and automated processing equipment, and performing rework. The role will include using microscopes, adhering to detailed written work instructions, and documenting non-conformances in our Factory Operating System (FOS).Key DutiesSetup shop orders and operate ovensPerform manual assembly and soldering tasksUse microscopes for inspection and precision tasksFollow detailed written work instructionsCreate non-conformances and rework in FOSComplete annual training requirements on safety, hazardous materials, and quality systemsRequired SkillsExperience in manufacturing, microelectronics, aerospace, or defense industriesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsBasic computer (MS Office) and math skillsAttention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to follow detailed work instructions and adhere to quality standardsDesired SkillsExperience working with microscopesSoldering experience to Military/ANSI/J standardsMicroelectronics or manufacturing industry experienceStrong focus on safety and teamworkEducation & Experience Requirements (Both Positions)Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related disciplineExperience: Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experienceAbout US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.US Tech Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
