This entry-level IT position is responsible for preparing, deploying, maintaining, and tracking company-issued technology equipment for employees in both office and field environments. The ideal candidate is organized, customer‑service oriented, and enjoys helping users succeed with technology. This role serves as a first-line IT resource focused on device deployment, inventory management, and basic technical support. More advanced technical issues are escalated to Tier 2 support staff. Key Responsibilities Device Deployment & Configuration Configure and deploy Windows laptops, mobile devices, and related equipment for new hires and existing employees Prepare devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot deployment processes Perform device replacements, upgrades, and hardware refreshes Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities related to technology equipment Inventory & Asset Management Manage hardware inventory, asset tracking, warranty information, and equipment lifecycle records Receive, inventory, and organize incoming technology shipments Coordinate device returns and secure disposal of retired equipment Maintain accurate documentation of deployed equipment and support activities Support & Standards Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 support personnel Follow company security standards and IT policies The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000. The compensation offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills and experience.
