Service Manager

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Service Manager covering Southern Florida. This role is involved with commercial, industrial, and residential overhead doors, along with loading dock equipment and warehouse docking systems. We're looking for someone who has spent several years in the door industry and has the technical knowledge to lead from the front. Ideally, you've worked as a Door Technician before moving into management, but we're open to experienced leaders from across the industry.

This is the type of manager who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and is just as comfortable helping solve a technical issue in the field as they are managing the day-to-day operations of the business. You'll be responsible for leading technicians and office staff, building customer relationships, overseeing branch performance, managing budgets and operating costs, and helping drive continued growth throughout the Florida market.
