Production Supervisor - Lead the Charge in Manufacturing Excellence

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Willingness to work the 2nd shift
• Up to $25.00/hour pay rate
• Over three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to manage production operations, plan and schedule workflows, and monitor labor productivity
• Hands-on experience with steel fabrication, production, or manufacturing processes
• Strong knowledge of production tools and equipment, including CNC, oxy-fuel burn, plasma cutting, and shipping/receiving procedures
• Excellent leadership, training, and coaching skills to motivate and develop teams
• Effective communication skills and ability to resolve issues swiftly
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work any shift as needed
• Deep understanding of safety protocols, PPE requirements, and fostering a safe work environment

• Experience with safety compliance programs and regulatory standards
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technology
• Prior experience working with safety initiatives, hazard reporting, and safety policy enforcement

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or associate degrees are a plus
• Prior supervisory roles within manufacturing or steel fabrication sectors

• Participation in pre-employment, post-90-day, random, and post-accident drug testing to ensure safety standards
