Compliance Manager

A growing public company is seeking a Compliance Manager to help drive and strengthen its corporate ethics and compliance program. This individual will play a key role in developing compliance initiatives, managing risk assessments, supporting investigations, and promoting a culture of integrity across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-wide compliance and ethics programs. Manage compliance initiatives related to anti-bribery, anti-corruption, sanctions, and internal policies. Conduct risk assessments and assist with the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of compliance risks. Lead or support internal compliance reviews and investigations, documenting findings and recommendations. Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs for employees. Partner with legal, HR, finance, and business leaders to promote compliance best practices and ethical decision-making. Monitor regulatory developments and help ensure policies and procedures remain current and effective. Contribute to a culture of accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct throughout the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline. Corporate experience in compliance, ethics, legal, audit, risk management, or a related function. Working knowledge of compliance program design, risk assessments, investigations, and policy management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and levels of an organization. Experience supporting compliance initiatives within a complex or multi-location business environment is preferred.
