The Molina Group is principally known as one of the largest table grape growers in Mexico as well as an established California grape grower. We are recognized in our industry for providing some of the best-tasting and most unique varieties of table grapes available. We also grow, pack, and distribute a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. Additionally, we partner with third-party growers to distribute commodities such as squash, green and colored peppers, eggplant, corn, cucumbers, and more. Job Description: Fresh Farms is searching for a Produce Sales Representative responsible for ensuring the execution of sales & account management strategies and activities to deliver upon key account revenue, profit, unit movement and customer satisfaction objectives to include growth targets in each of these areas. Some of the activities on this role will include: Promoting and securing business-to-business sales Achieve monthly targets and commit to sales results Monitoring and coordinating purchase orders Coordinating customer orders with rest of sales team and packinghouses, as appropriate Entering orders into EDI platforms and internal sales systems Creating sales reports and tracking sales data as necessary Keeping track of order status, producing documents for accounting, and communicating any shortages or issues with shipments Establishing and maintaining quality customer service for all major retail chains in an effort to achieve more sales and overall growth in business relationships Strong produce sales background (10+ years of sales experience in produce commodities) Proven track record of customer relations, meeting quotas and closing deals Strong negotiations, influencing and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, specifically with respect to data and records keeping activities Highly motivated, pro-active self-starter Strong written and verbal English communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) experience preferred but not required Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) strongly encouraged Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to efficiently communicate with retail and wholesale customers Ability to manage accounts effectively to meet targets and deadlines Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening We offer generous compensation which includes a full benefits package Vision and dental plans for you and your dependents 401K plans with company matching (after meeting the enrollment period) Vacation paid time off This is your opportunity to be a leader, produce positive change and take us to the next level of growth in a highly motivated team focused on success! #J-18808-Ljbffr Fresh Farms
