Mailroom & Office Services Associate

Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.

Job Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite) Job Duration: 12 Months (Potential for conversion for right candidate) Hours: Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM Interview Type: Virtual and in-person meet & greet with the customer.

Parking: Parking is not free; up to $160 per month for parking may be reimbursed through client's expense reporting process.

Job Duties

• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Provide reception desk coverage as needed.
• Complete printing, copying, and scanning requests.
• Assist with hospitality and conference room setup when required.
• Support day-to-day office services and administrative functions.
• Operate office equipment including printers, copiers, postage machines, and related devices.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy of deliveries and documentation.
• Follow mail delivery procedures and established office protocols.
• Utilize document management, cost recovery, and workflow systems as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Must complete client Legal Training within 90 days of hire and maintain any future training requirements.
• Previous copy/print center experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of Legal Industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of office technology and electronics preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, instructions, and related documentation.
• Ability to determine proper packaging methods and materials for shipments.
• Ability to verify packing slips and incoming deliveries for accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities.
