Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active state license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Current state license as an occupational therapist.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Current driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Two years experience as an occupational therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• Homecare homebase experience.

Assignment Details

• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally.
• May be required to perform heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, and prolonged standing and walking.
