Job Description Senior Quantity Surveyor (Kent) Due to continued growth and success, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The role will initially involve working on Highways scheme or a major infrastructure project. Key Responsibilities Support and mentor junior commercial staff Monitor project costs against budgets Maximize contract profitability Identify risks and implement effective control measures Manage and agree main contract variations Prepare estimates and cost plans Procure subcontractors and prepare subcontract documentation Manage and agree main contract variations Assess and certify interim and final subcontract payments Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards Strong communication skills with a confident and flexible approach Proven ability to problem-solve and negotiate effectively High level of numeracy and IT proficiency Experience working for a main contractor on civil engineering / highways projects Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor Strong knowledge of NEC contracts Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regionally What’s on Offer Attractive salary and comprehensive benefits package Ongoing training and career development opportunities Opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects #J-18808-Ljbffr Leo Force
