Job Description Bird Kultgen Ford is seeking Automotive Service Technicians who are Ford Certified or motivated to earn Ford certification. This role is ideal for technicians with a strong mechanical foundation who want consistent work, factory training, and long‑term growth. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs while maintaining Ford factory standards and delivering high‑quality workmanship. Pay $25 - $45 per flat rate hour Relocation Incentive For qualified candidates relocating more than 50 miles to Waco, TX, we offer up to $1,500 per month for 3 months to assist with rent and utilities during your transition. Job Type & Schedule Full‑time, flexible schedule. Monday through Saturday availability required. In‑person position.
