KBW has partnered with a healthcare organization seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting and financial reporting functions. This role will oversee AP, payroll, and general accounting while partnering closely with hospital leadership on financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Supervise AP, payroll, and general accounting functions Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Prepare and review financial statements and management reports Coordinate annual audits and work with external auditors Analyze financial results and budget variances with department leaders Support annual operating and capital budgets Oversee Medicare Cost Reports, DSH audits, and Form 990 filings Maintain strong internal controls and regulatory compliance Support forecasting and financial performance analysis Monitor Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party reimbursement activity Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field Hospital financial management experience required Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare reimbursement Compensation:$100,000 - 130,000 plus benefits KBW789 #J-18808-Ljbffr
