Schedule:

• 13-week assignment
• 3x12-hour night shifts
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Weekend rotation required

Required Qualifications:

• MT/MLT certification (ASCP or equivalent required)
• Previous experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician
• Proven generalist laboratory skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, accurate laboratory practice
• Willingness to work night shifts and rotate weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of diagnostic testing as a laboratory generalist
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with protocols
• Accurately process, analyze, and report test results
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient care
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance procedures
• Contribute to a positive laboratory environment and guide less experienced staff as needed
