Job Description
- Manage project schedules and milestones
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Review project drawings and specifications
- Process RFIs, change orders, and submittals
- Monitor project costs and forecasts
- Lead client communications
- Ensure project compliance with company standards

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of construction project management experience
- Industrial or warehouse project experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience using Procore and Microsoft Project preferred
