Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (Arizona eligible)
• Graduate degree in School Psychology or related field
• Solid experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting assessment data
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
• Familiarity with MTSS/RTI processes and best practices in behavioral interventions
• Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple school sites

Responsibilities:

• Complete psychoeducational evaluations and provide recommendations for eligibility/special services
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student support plans
• Deliver direct counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups
• Advise and train staff on behavior management and prevention strategies
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district policies
• Assist other campuses as needed, ensuring consistency and quality of support
