Qualifications:

• Current and valid school psychologist certification/license recognized in Arizona
• Previous experience serving elementary and high school populations, preferably with a focus on adolescents and young adults
• Strong assessment, counseling, and collaborative consultation skills
• Knowledge of special education processes, IEP development, and relevant federal/state educational law
• Comfortable utilizing technology; openness to virtual or hybrid service models, if approved
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and support for high school and select elementary students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop appropriate interventions and strategies
• Contribute expertise to IEP process: evaluations, goal-setting, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Offer direct counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services as needed
• Support both academic achievement and overall well-being in the school setting
• Effectively manage caseload, meeting all required timelines for assessments and documentation
