Kelly Tractor CAT is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support employee benefits administration, employee questions, documentation, enrollments, recordkeeping, vendor communication, and internal HR processes related to company benefits.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, professional, organized, and comfortable handling confidential information. Benefits, HR, payroll, or administrative experience is preferred.
