Personal Banker (Member Service Representative II) Pay Range: $24.56 - $35.62 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30 What You’ll Be Doing Provide World Class Member service to members visiting branch/service center locations. Promote credit union products and services to build relationships. Process transactions in savings, loans, and auxiliary services. Perform file maintenance, including requests for change of address, check orders, ATM card orders, vault and night drop duties, and morning/evening branch preparation. Maintain knowledge of credit union savings and consumer loan products; basic knowledge of real estate products. Maintain cash and negotiables, and suggest streamlining department and credit union operations. Process new memberships, share accounts, savings services, and consumer loan requests; conduct research on accounts and correct account problems. Deliver face‑to‑face service, assess member needs, address concerns, and gain agreement on products and services. Comply with regulatory requirements and assigned training, including BSA regulations; failure to comply may result in disciplinary action. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 1‑3 years of prior related experience required. Notary License required. Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.
