Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) PACT provides comprehensive, integrated rehabilitation treatment and support services to those individuals who are most challenged with their serious mental illness. Responsibilities Provides clinical supervision to the team in conjunction with the Team Leader and other licensed professionals such as the Psychiatrist Ensures that clinical interventions are effective, stage-based, and tied directly to the recovery plans of persons receiving services Provides assessment and direct service for people with serious and persistent mental illness enrolled in the PACT program Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related area required Valid driver’s license required – no more than one moving violation with the past 12 months 2 years’ post-Bachelor’s experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness About Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services facilitates, promotes, and fosters recovery from mental illness and co-occurring problems.
