Your Responsibilities Make a Difference:

As a Mental Health and Substance Use Treatment Services Provider, you'll play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to our clients. Your responsibilities include:

Conducting initial assessments and treatment planning. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and coordinating care. Maintaining accurate documentation and meeting productivity benchmarks. Providing services in both English and Spanish to ensure accessibility for all.

Qualifications That Set You Up for Success:

Master's in Social Work or equivalent field with relevant licensure/certification. Two years' experience in mental health, preferably in an urban setting. Knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, fostering a warm and inclusive therapeutic atmosphere.
