Necessary Qualifications and Licensure 0+ years of practical experience: we’re looking for Dentists of all levels of experience to grow our community Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in Dentistry Candidates must have a DMD/DDS dental degree from an accredited program Current NY state license in good standing Current DEA license Conversant in English and Spanish Owner mentality - provide excellent service, no matter the task Compassionate team player - who puts patient outcomes first and foremost, and is willing to help and receive help Level-headed and works well under pressure Preferred Qualifications Current and unrestricted state license in NJ in good standing Botox certification Implants certification Conversant in Creole or French Other specialty procedure certifications Accountabilities Management of patients, with excellent chairside manner and a patient-first attitude Development of patient treatment plans Execution of preventive treatments (cleanings, scalings, etc) Execution of prosthodontic treatments (crowns, bridges) Execution of endodontic treatments (root canals) Execution of extractions, surgical extractions, fillings, and other such dental procedures that do not require a specialist’s hand Careful prescription of medications when needed Provide patient education and at-home care and instructions to ensure treatment and oral health improvements for our community of patients Internal referral to our specialists for whitenings, root canal therapy, etc. About the Main Street Family We’re more than just a dental practice - we're a tight-knit community and dental practice dedicated to fostering love, compassion, and excellence in oral health care. Dr. Patti specializes in pediatric dentistry, while Dr. Suero focuses on serving the underserved Latinx community.
