This position is based on-site in Parsippany, NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

MAIN FUNCTION :

Test returned product from RMAs, or other in-house product.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 6 – 12 months related experience preferred
• Some high school or technical school (electronics); diploma preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The work environment characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Job responsibilities include viewing of small parts through magnifying tools, and occasional lifting of boxes weighing less than 40 pounds.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Strictly follow ESD compliance process and procedures.
• Perform visual inspection of assemblies prior to testing, checking for gross defects.
• Perform specified test(s) on assemblies, complying to any specific priorities, if stated
• Alert supervisor or Test Engineering Materials of malfunctioning test equipment or repetitive failures.
• Label/tag test rejects with descriptive cause of failure.
• Make test result entries in the applicable spreadsheets or in the Epicor Log
• Keep work-in-process, accepted product, rejected product segregated from each other, at all times.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Assist in other areas, as assigned.

COMPENSATION:

The hourly base salary range for this position is $19.24 to $21.64. The exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
