About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of residential swimming pools.
Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safe swimming conditions.
Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on pool care.
Install and maintain pool accessories and safety equipment.
Document service visits and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in pool maintenance.
Requirements:
Previous experience in pool maintenance or related field preferred.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
Strong knowledge of pool systems and water chemistry.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Certification in pool operation or maintenance is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
