Real Estate Attorney Position

Seeking an Attorney to handle all phases of real estate litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, trials, and court proceedings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of real estate litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, trials, and court proceedings.
• Represent clients in real estate disputes, including matters involving property, contracts, business interests, and related civil claims.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and other litigation documents while conducting legal research.
• Develop litigation strategies, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Work with managing partners, attorneys, and support staff while managing case deadlines, administrative responsibilities, and client communications.

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience as an attorney handling real estate litigation and related civil litigation matters.
• Experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, discovery, legal research, and litigation strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
