Trial Attorneys

Our client is seeking Trial Attorneys with 1-5 years of litigation experience to join a growing trial-focused law firm. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with depositions, court appearances, and litigation matters, along with a strong interest in developing their trial skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct and assist with depositions.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Assist with case strategy, discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on complex litigation and trial matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Develop strong courtroom and trial advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in CA.
• 1-5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with depositions and court appearances preferred.
• Strong interest in trial work and courtroom advocacy.
• Excellent research, writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Personal injury defense experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $110,000-$180,000 salary, depending on experience.
• Hybrid - Minimum 2 days per week in the office
