Trial Attorneys
Our client is seeking Trial Attorneys with 1-5 years of litigation experience to join a growing trial-focused law firm. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with depositions, court appearances, and litigation matters, along with a strong interest in developing their trial skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct and assist with depositions.
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Assist with case strategy, discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Work closely with senior attorneys on complex litigation and trial matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Develop strong courtroom and trial advocacy skills.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in CA.
- 1-5 years of litigation experience.
- Experience with depositions and court appearances preferred.
- Strong interest in trial work and courtroom advocacy.
- Excellent research, writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Personal injury defense experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $110,000-$180,000 salary, depending on experience.
- Hybrid - Minimum 2 days per week in the office
- Health insurance.
- 401(k) with employer match of up to 4%.
- Paid time off.
- Discretionary year-end bonus.
