AI Automation Specialist

This is not a task-based automation role.

We're hiring an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual work, increase speed, and drive measurable business outcomes across sales, recruiting, and client success.

Your success is not measured by activity. It's measured by time saved, revenue enabled, and workflows deployed at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy 10–15 high-impact AI automations each month.
Replace manual processes with scalable AI-powered workflows across sales, recruitment, operations, and client success.
Own the full automation lifecycle- from discovery and design to deployment, optimization, documentation, and maintenance.
Monitor workflow performance and continuously improve reliability, speed, cost efficiency, and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their processes, identify pain points, and translate business needs into automation solutions.
Create systems that are easy to adopt, well-documented, and actively used by end users.
Ensure automations remain stable, scalable, secure, and low maintenance.
