Endoscopy Technician

Pay Range Pay Range: $18.50 - $26.83. Actual pay rate based on experience, skills, training, certifications, and education. Endoscopy Technician The Endoscopy Technician is an integral member of the gastroenterology team. Responsibilities include: Maintain endoscopic equipment to ensure function and patient safety. Assist physicians during procedures. Support patient care throughout the procedure. Position Specifics Department: Endoscopy/Gastroenterology Core Function: Nursing Support Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Day shift Facility: St. Elizabeth's Hospital Location: O'Fallon, IL Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Education & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required). Some medical experience (required). Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required (can be obtained after hire). Nursing Assistant certification, Certified Medical Assistant or National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) preferred.
