Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an HVAC Installer based in O'Fallon, MO. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high‑quality services. The role may also involve coordinating with team members for new constructions and system upgrades. Qualifications Strong troubleshooting abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving HVAC issues Expertise in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems Commitment to providing exceptional Customer Satisfaction and the ability to communicate effectively with clients Possession of an EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred) - (we can help you!)
