Hospice Community Relations & Referral Specialist
Procare-Hospice-of-Nevad
ProCare Hospice of Nevada is seeking a Community Liaison to develop and execute networking and marketing strategies aimed at community and referral sources to generate qualified referrals. The role promotes hospice benefits and maintains a credible community image for ProCare. The Community Liaison will manage CRM data, travel to communities to establish relationships, and collaborate with Admissions to support timely patient admissions.
