We provide industry‑leading customer satisfaction and uncapped sales bonus potential. On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 per year ($33,750 base + sales bonus) Total Earning Potential: $75,000 to $100,000 for high‑performing representatives New hires receive $3,000 guaranteed sales bonus after 60 days with no minimum sales threshold Travel support: mileage reimbursement within your assigned territory Team perks: catered lunches, local incentives, outings, and regular events A Clear Path Forward High‑performing representatives may be promoted to Senior Outside Sales Representative in as little as 6 months and have eligibility for advanced roles such as Small Business Field Sales Representative or MDU Sales Executive. The Role This is an active, community‑focused sales position. You will be the face of GFiber, engaging residents to upgrade their home internet. Territory Engagement: Meet residents at their homes to introduce GFiber’s award‑winning services. Relationship Management: Build and manage a lead pipeline, following up through various channels. Market Strategy: Use Salesforce and modern tools to organize the day and maximize impact. Collaborative Success: Work with a supportive team to share best practices and achieve sales goals. Tools for Success: Company‑provided laptop and mobile phone. Who You Are Goal‑Oriented: Self‑motivated and enjoys meeting/exceeding targets. Great Communicator: Builds rapport quickly and explains value simply. Physical Requirements: Ability to travel and navigate assigned neighborhoods, including stairs and sidewalks. Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is sought after for the Denver market. Requirements High‑school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation during the workday.
