DH Pace Company located in Denver, Colorado is seeking an experienced New Construction Residential Sales Representative to specialize in building relationships and selling door and door products to residential general contractors and builders. Compensation : Starting at $65,000 based on experience. Responsibilities Design customized door solutions Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily Make sales presentations include product samples and design software Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess their needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services Build solid, long‑lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily Other duties as assigned Requirements Two (2) years outside selling experience to general contractors and builders Mechanical aptitude (experience with blueprints, plans, and specs highly desirable) Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers Must possess valid driver’s license Must have excellent organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills Other duties as assigned Benefit Offerings Medical, dental, and vision options: Available on the 1st day of the month following your start date Paid time off plan: 13 days accrued annually during your first year; 16 days accrued during your second year Paid Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day Floating Holidays: Up to 2 floating holidays per year Competitive compensation: Including annual performance evaluations 401(k) retirement plan: Including an employer match Company‑paid life insurance, short‑term disability, and long‑term disability and more!
