Job Description

Responsible for mechanical assembly and mounting of electrical equipment. Use instructions, drawings, layouts, BOMS and wiring diagrams to perform work. Duties and responsibilities include: Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports Accurately follow layout dimensioning and specifications when applicable Physical mounting of components with appropriate hardware Complete other duties, as assigned by the supervisor Supervisory responsibilities include: This job has no supervisory responsibilities Qualifications include: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 1-3 years wiring experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be able to work with minimal supervision, be proactive and possess strong communication skills both written and verbal Must be able to work well in a team environment Must be able to read, write and follow instructions Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Physical demands include: Continually required to stand, walk, squat, bend, read, talk and hear Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity Required to climb ladder or step stool
